Newsletter Confirmation Email – Troubleshooting Guide

After signing up for our newsletter, you should receive a confirmation email. This step ensures that you intended to subscribe and helps us protect your privacy. If you didn’t receive the email right away, here are a few helpful tips to find it.

1. Check Your Email Inbox and Spam/Junk Folders

The confirmation email is often delivered within a few minutes, but it can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder. If you find the email there, mark it as “Not Spam” or move it to your inbox.

2. Check Promotions or Social Tabs (Gmail Users)

If you’re using Gmail, the email might appear in your “Promotions” or “Social” tab. Drag the email to your Primary tab to ensure future messages arrive in the right place.

3. Make Sure You Entered Your Email Correctly

Double-check the spelling of your email address. If there was a typo, the confirmation email couldn’t be delivered.

4. Add Us to Your Safe Senders List

Add our email address to your contact list or safe senders list. This tells your email provider that you trust messages from us.

5. Still Waiting? Please Be Patient

In rare cases, emails may be delayed due to your provider’s internal processes or filters. If more than 15 minutes have passed and you still haven’t received the confirmation email, try signing up again using the correct email address.
