We use Google reCAPTCHA services to protect our online forms and checkout from spam and abuse. Google reCAPTCHA v2 Invisible is active on site-wide forms (e.g., contact and newsletter signups), while Google reCAPTCHA v3 is enabled within the SureCart checkout system. These tools evaluate interactions to help detect abusive behavior and may collect data such as mouse movements, device information, and IP address in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If a customer has difficulty retrieving their download, the ministry may provide an alternative delivery method upon request.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary for legal, transactional, and customer service purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
