Digital Products
All purchases made through freedomexpress16.org are for digital products only. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Eligibility for Refunds
We will honor refund requests under the following conditions:
- The download link was not delivered after payment and our team cannot resolve the issue.
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a replacement.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after the purchase.
- You are unable to open the file due to incompatible software or device limitations.
- You experience minor formatting/display issues on certain devices.
